Battista Mondin (1926-2015) was a distinguished Italian philosopher, theologian, and a leading figure of the Italian Neo-Scholastic movement. A member of the Xaverian Missionaries, he was ordained as a priest in 1952 and held a doctorate in Philosophy and Religion from Harvard University.
