The process for installing these presets was specific. The core .dll file ( dsp_ss1.31b.dll ) always went into the main Plugins folder of your Winamp directory, but the all-important preset ( .dat ) files were placed directly in Winamp's main program folder, not in Plugins .

Locate your downloaded package. Ensure you see the core library file dsp_ss131b.dll along with the .dat preset configurations. Step 2: Place in the Plugins Directory Move dsp_ss131b.dll into your media player's plugin folder.
