The DrumBrute features two distinct kick drums. Kick 1 is meant for deep, 808-style booms, while Kick 2 is a punchier, 909-style click. Modders often target these circuits to achieve heavier low-end and more aggressive transients.

The DrumBrute contains a 12dB/oct analog filter. While it can self-oscillate, its input gain is set conservatively to avoid distortion.
