Tragedy strikes when Kalpana bravely intervenes in a human trafficking ring run by a ruthless gangster named Ghajini Dharmatma (Pradeep Rawat). In a brutal act of revenge, Ghajini murders Kalpana and brutally attacks Sanjay, leaving him for dead. The assault results in Sanjay developing , a condition where he cannot remember anything for more than fifteen minutes. Driven by an overwhelming need for vengeance he cannot retain in his memory, Sanjay transforms himself into a weapon.
